I found this little blurb interesting. I would bet it applies to decluttering the mind as well.

Vitamin D Info with Video

5/8/2017

Vitamin D has become a highly recommended hormone as it is needed to synthesize Calcium for our bones and teeth.  The suggested dosage is 400 IU/day but some people need much more with prescriptions available for 10,000 IU and above.  Your needed dose is a lab test away.  The over 50 population may find the synthesis of D from the sun harder to absorb so please have your levels checked.  Here is a quick video about Vitamin D.  www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtUgi9wZGXU

Stevia...Yes I'm a Fan!

I ran across this article which is an interesting read and if you're already using Stevia you can pat yourself on the back.  The plant leaves are extremely sweet but I use it in liquid form which is also available in flavors..  Stevia can be used in anything you want sweetened but beware as it's quite strong.  A couple drops goes a long way.  Use it in anything from water to dessert.
