Vitamin D has become a highly recommended hormone as it is needed to synthesize Calcium for our bones and teeth. I ran across this article which is an interesting read and if you're already using Stevia you can pat yourself on the back. The plant leaves are extremely sweet but I use it in liquid form which is also available in flavors.. Stevia can be used in anything you want sweetened but beware as it's quite strong. A couple drops goes a long way. Use it in anything from water to dessert.
